Route2 Team

Route2 was established in 2011 with the objective of sharing a novel accounting framework, new performance metrics and market signals that, in combination, aid the necessary shift to sustainable production and consumption patterns, globally.

History

Incorporated in 2011, Route2 has been fortunate to collaborate on several initiatives designed to deliver more sustainable outcomes. From SGS’s Value To Society to The Crown Estate’s Total Contribution to UK DEFRA’s Global Environmental Impacts of Consumption to Berkeley Group’s Societal Value to Aviva’s Total Value & Hilti’s Value2Society™.
Our client base is global and multinational and we have on-the-ground experience in Southern Africa, Middle East, Asia, Americas and Europe. Across the projects the common & core role is quantifying non-financial performance. These and our ongoing engagements have allowed us to codify the methodological framework we call Total Capital Accounting – the foundation to our services.

Our
Team

Our growing team of 30 are a lively mix of economists, natural scientists, data scientists and software engineers all committed to solving client problems and developing solutions that encourage more sustainable business activities. We are supported by an international advisory panel with access to various sector and cross sector initiatives that aim to further integrate non-financial & financial data, weaving sustainability considerations into the heart of finance.
